Our Clinical Staff

House of Freedom offers qualified professionals that help in providing the therapeutic tools of our program. Each of our professionals are licensed and/or credentialed in the state of Florida and are committed to combining their knowledge and experiences to help each individual recover from drug/alcohol abuse.

Sherlley Y. Campos is a master’s level therapist with vast experience in substance abuse counseling. She is certified as an addictions (CAP) and mental health professional (CMHP) and is scheduled to become licensed in 2012. She officially began as a full time employee of House of Freedom in 2002, before then, she volunteered in various clerical functions when she completed her High School Education in 1999. In 2002, she assumed her position as data coordinator and performed various functions related to clinical documentation, records management, and pre-screening evaluations. Her passion and dedication to developing the clinical aspect of the program led to a position as clinical coordinator in 2003. As her clinical expertise grew, founder Esteban Morales named her Clinical Director of our institution in the year 2004 and since then she has performed various roles including clinical supervision, program development, implementing evidence-based practices, staff training and development, policy making functions, and counseling. She works with all age groups but mainly treats individuals whose primary diagnosis is chemical dependency along with co-occurring disorders. She utilizes an eclectic approach including CBT, motivational enhancement therapy, and brief therapies. She has experience in working with Evidence Based Practices such as Living in Balance and The Matrix Model Intensive Outpatient program which utilize relaxation exercises, meditation, visualization, role plays, and psycho educational groups/individual.

Clinical Supervisor/President of Life & Work Soulutions

Dr. Melody Kipp serves as House of Freedom’s clinical supervisor brining with her extensive knowledge in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. She is also the CEO/President of Life & Work Solutions. Dr. Kipp finished her doctored degree at Capella Universtity back in 2003 and has been a crucial component of House of Freedom’s clinical department ever since.

Clinical Coordinator/Assessment & Referral Specialist

After suffering from the loss of her father at an early age to a drug overdose, Mrs. Morales decided that she would never allow drug addiction to become a part of her life. In the year 2001 she joined the HOF team with the desire to dedicate her life towards helping those who are suffering from the pain of drug addiction in their life or the life of a loved one. She originally joined HOF as the front office receptionist and shortly after was promoted to the position of Admissions Coordinator. In 2005 she became certified as a Behavioral Health Technician and assumed the role of Clinical Coordinator Assistant. A year later she assumed the position of Clinical Coordinator. In 2010 she completed training as a Substance Abuse Prevention Specialist. She completed her certification in Addictions Counseling (CAC) in 2011 and serves as HOF's Clinical Coordinator and Assessment & Referral Specialist. Mrs. Morales is responsible for overseeing clinical records quality management and conformity to standards established by organization's policy and accrediting agencies. Additionally, she is responsible for performing pre-screening evaluations to determine eligibility into our program.
