At House of Freedom, our priority is your satisfaction and well-being. We understand that circumstances may arise that require the return of a product. Below are the terms governing our refund policy.

1. Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start the process, please follow these steps:

  • Our team will provide you with the necessary instructions and the shipping address to return the product.

3. Shipping Costs

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. Additionally, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item to our facilities, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method.

  • The time it takes for the credit to appear in your account is typically 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank's policies.
